L2 is a group of citizens from around the world who oppose terrorism and who believe in directly fighting it as opposed to depending on the authorities around the world to fight it. We believe that terrorism is nothing but the bastard child born when the romances between powerful governments and their pawns go bad. And hence, the powerful governments, with all their Machiavellian tendencies, are never going to be able to help us conquer it. They cannot help us with the solution because they are a part of the problem.

Our birth was a slow, evolutionary process we came into being because people around the world got tired of being scared by terrorists and manipulated by politicians. We are online, but underground. We do not have any big building which we call our headquarters, and we do not have a document that we call our policy manual. We do not come from any nation and we do not like politics. We exist for one and only one thing -- fighting terrorism. With no hidden agenda.

We believe in concepts like doing the right thing, the strength of the human spirit, teamwork and fearlessness. We oppose all forms of terrorism. And we condemn all politicians who are exploiting it for petty political gains.
